We handle complaints quickly and fairly.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>1. When does the right to complain apply?<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Faults or defects that existed at the time of delivery (e.g. broken vape, leaking liquid, battery fault)<\/li>\n        <li>The product does not work as it should under normal use<\/li>\n        <li>Valid for 3 years from the date of receipt<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>2. How to make a complaint \u2013 step by step<\/h2>\n    <ol>\n        <li>Contact us within 3 years via email with your order number, a description of the fault and photos.<\/li>\n        <li>We assess the case within 48 hours and notify you of approval.<\/li>\n        <li>Return the product (we pay return shipping for approved complaints).<\/li>\n        <li>We repair, replace or refund you \u2013 your choice.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n\n    <h2>3. What is not covered?<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Normal wear and tear (e.g. a spent coil or battery after prolonged use)<\/li>\n        <li>Faults caused by incorrect use or modification<\/li>\n        <li>Opened disposable vapes that have already been used<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>4. Product warranty<\/h2>\n    <p>All our vape devices come with at least 1 year manufacturer's warranty in addition to the right to complain. Disposable vapes have no warranty after opening (single-use product).<\/p>\n\n    <h2>5. Contact and handling<\/h2>\n    <p><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:support@sevape.se\">support@sevape.se<\/a><br>\n    Write \u201cComplaint + order number\u201d in the subject line.<br>\n    We respond within 24\u201348 hours and aim to resolve 95% of cases within 7 days.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>6. The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)<\/h2>\n    <p>If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact ARN (free of charge).
