This program describes how sevape.se ensures full compliance with Swedish law.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>1. Purpose of our self-monitoring program<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Protect minors from nicotine products<\/li>\n        <li>Ensure that all products meet labelling, health warnings and quality requirements<\/li>\n        <li>Document all procedures for supervisory authorities<\/li>\n        <li>Minimize risks and provide customers with safe shopping<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>2. Our concrete procedures<\/h2>\n    <ol>\n        <li><strong>Age verification<\/strong> \u2013 Mandatory 18+ verification at first visit and checkout (see our <a href=\"\/en\/aldersverifiering\/\">Age Verification<\/a>). No exceptions.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Product control<\/strong> \u2013 All disposable vapes (Vozol, RandM Tornado, Bang Vape, etc.) are checked against EU TPD requirements: health warnings, nicotine content, ingredients and labelling.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Documentation<\/strong> \u2013 All orders are logged with order number, customer age and delivery details. Stored for at least 3 years.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Marketing<\/strong> \u2013 No targeted advertising to minors. Only fact-based information on sevape.se.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Staff and supplier checks<\/strong> \u2013 All suppliers are reviewed regularly. Internal training for the team on legal requirements.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Complaints &amp; deviations<\/strong> \u2013 Handled in accordance with our <a href=\"\/en\/reklamation\/\">Complaints policy<\/a>. All incidents are documented.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n\n    <h2>3. Notification and supervision<\/h2>\n    <p>We have notified our sales to the Public Health Agency of Sweden and PTS. This self-monitoring program is attached upon registration and updated as needed. Municipal supervision (self-monitoring) may request the program at any time.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>4.
