Self-Monitoring Program (Internal Control Program) for sevape.se

According to the Act (2018:2088) on Tobacco and Similar Products and the Swedish Public Health Agency's guidance, we are obliged to exercise self-monitoring over the sale of disposable vapes, vape devices and nicotine products. This program describes how sevape.se ensures full compliance with Swedish law.
1. Purpose of our self-monitoring program
- Protect minors from nicotine products
- Ensure that all products meet labelling, health warnings and quality requirements
- Document all procedures for supervisory authorities
- Minimize risks and provide customers with safe shopping
2. Our concrete procedures
- Age verification – Mandatory 18+ verification at first visit and checkout (see our Age Verification). No exceptions.
- Product control – All disposable vapes (Vozol, RandM Tornado, Bang Vape, etc.) are checked against EU TPD requirements: health warnings, nicotine content, ingredients and labelling.
- Documentation – All orders are logged with order number, customer age and delivery details. Stored for at least 3 years.
- Marketing – No targeted advertising to minors. Only fact-based information on sevape.se.
- Staff and supplier checks – All suppliers are reviewed regularly. Internal training for the team on legal requirements.
- Complaints & deviations – Handled in accordance with our Complaints policy. All incidents are documented.
3. Notification and supervision
We have notified our sales to the Public Health Agency of Sweden and PTS. This self-monitoring program is attached upon registration and updated as needed. Municipal supervision (self-monitoring) may request the program at any time.
