Welcome to sevape.se! These terms of purchase apply to all orders of disposable vapes, vape devices, and nicotine products. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Prices and payment
- All prices include VAT (25%).
- Payment via Klarna, Stripe or Swish – secure and fast options.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
2. Age requirement
All customers must be at least 18 years old. Age verification takes place at purchase (see our Age Verification).
3. Delivery and shipping
Read more in our separate Shipping and delivery policy. Normal delivery time: 1–3 business days within Sweden.
4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt (Distance Contracts Act). Read more in our Right of withdrawal policy and download the withdrawal form.
5. Complaints and warranty
3-year right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. Defective products are replaced or refunded. Read more in our Complaints policy.
6. Self-monitoring and legal compliance
sevape.se complies with the Act (2018:2088) on Tobacco and Similar Products. We have a documented self-monitoring program in accordance with the requirements of the Public Health Agency. This includes age control, product control and documentation.
7. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays due to strikes, war, pandemic, or other events beyond our control.
8. Disputes
Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Swedish law. Primarily through the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Otherwise, in a Swedish court.
9. Changes
We may update the terms. The latest version always applies.
