In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, as a customer you always have the right to cancel your purchase of disposable vapes, vape devices, or accessories within **14 days** from the date you received the product. At sevape.se, we make returns easy and safe.

1. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

  1. Notify us within 14 days via email or by filling in the withdrawal form below.
  2. Return the product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (disposable vapes must not have been broken or used).
  3. We will refund the full amount (including shipping at the time of purchase) within 14 days after we have received the return.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • Products that have been opened or used (e.g., disposable vapes with broken seals)
  • Nicotine-free products that are personalized or specially ordered
  • Hygiene products where the seal has been broken
